This is a VERY RARE occasion at KLGA where planes land and take off on runway 13. The wind kept changing directions and the ATC changed approach and departing runways at least 4 times within a few hours. I believe the approach procedure was ILS runway 22, circle to land runway 13. The pilots had to set up an ILS approach to 22 first and then make a circle final descend onto runway 13. Some pretty steep left and right banks!
